Delivery and FAQs


Delivery Options: 

  • Economy Delivery: Delivery is free on purchases of £25.00 and over, and £2.50 under £25.00
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48hr: Posted within 2 working days of order date - £3.95
  • Priority Delivery: Delivery guaranteed within 2 working days of order date - £8.00

PLEASE NOTE: Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or UK Bank Holidays

Overseas delivery: Please email us with details of which item(s) you require and we will send you a shipping quote.

DISPATCH TIME: 

  • Economy Delivery: Dispatched within 2 working days
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48hr: Dispatched within 2 working days
  • Priority Delivery: Dispatched the next working day

Payment Options:

All major credit and debit cards are accepted, including American Express. We also accept payment using PayPal and Apple Pay.

Returns: 

Returns are free (UK only). If you are not happy with your purchase, and wish to return it for an exchange or refund then please:

  • Contact us at coxsleathershop@gmail.com within 21 days of receipt.

  • Quote your Order ID and the reason for return.

  • We will email you a Royal Mail returns label to drop the parcel off at a convenient location, or to have it collected,

  • Returns must be in the same condition that they were delivered - including all boxes, tags and packaging e.g. all boxed items should be returned with the original box (where supplied). Please do not attach any labels or parcel tape directly on item's packaging.
