Delivery and FAQs

Delivery Options: 

  • Economy Delivery: Delivery is free, and usually takes 3-5 working days from day of dispatch. We use Royal Mail & Hermes for the majority of our parcels
  • Royal Mail 1st Class: £3.95. Normally delivered in 1-2 working days. NOTE - this is not a guaranteed next day delivery service, and delivery may take longer during busy periods.
  • Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery (next working day delivery on orders placed by 2pm): £8.00
  • Saturday Delivery (guaranteed on orders placed by 2pm on Friday): £13.00

PLEASE NOTE: Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or UK Bank Holidays

Overseas delivery: Please email us with details of which item(s) you require and we will send you a shipping quote.

DISPATCH TIME: 

  • Economy Delivery: Dispatched within 2 working days
  • Royal Mail 1st Class: Orders are dispatched the next working day
  • Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery: Orders placed before 2pm wil be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day

Payment Options:

All major credit and debit cards are accepted, including American Express. We also accept payment using PayPal and Apple Pay.

Returns: 

Returns are free (UK only). If you are not happy with your purchase, and wish to return it for an exchange or refund then please:

  • Contact us at coxsleathershop@gmail.com within 21 days of receipt. See below for extended Christmas return details. 
  • Quote your Order ID and the reason for return.
  • We will arrange with you a suitable time to have your parcel collected, or provide you with a Hermes Parcelshop label to drop the parcel off yourself if this is more convenient for you.
  • Returns must be in the same condition that they were delivered - including all tags and packaging e.g. footwear should be returned with the original shoe box (where supplied). Please do not attach any labels or parcel tape directly on item's packaging.
  • NOTE – Orders placed between 7/11/19 and 24/12/19 will benefit from an extended returns period, and would not need to arrive back with us until 15th January 2020. However, your intention to return an item must be advised to us by email by 31/12/19. We will acknowledged receipt of your email, and advise return details.
